MAKING A DIFFERENCE: BRAZILIAN SOCIAL PROJECT "VENCEDORES EM CRISTO”

Beyond our core mission of teaching jiu-jitsu we are always looking for ways to give back to our community and support those in need around the world. Our commitment extends to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

We are excited to begin our ongoing partnership to support the "Vencedores em Cristo" social project in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This incredible project aids children and adults living in dire poverty, lacking basic necessities such as food, water, and hygiene supplies. By introducing them to jiu-jitsu, the project provides kids, teens, and young adults from the favelas with guidance and support both on and off the mats. It instills in them the core values of jiu-jitsu and demonstrates how these principles can positively influence their daily lives and future.

Our support for this project will be ongoing, and instead of sending money, we will contribute through donations of training gear, food, hygiene materials, and more. Our first initiative includes donating 20 brand new Gi uniforms, 100 toothbrushes, 100 tubes of toothpaste, and food packages for the families involved.

We invite you to join us in this effort. We are collecting used Gi uniforms in both adult and child sizes. If you have any used uniforms to donate, please bring them to the gym, and we will ensure they reach those in need.
